I have a 97 cbr 600 when I got it it had ben sitting for 2 years I cleaned tank and put fuel system cleaner in it. it was dumping gas out of carbs I took it for a ride and it quit leaking now it will only idle with the choke on and when it is warm not at all no matter what I do with the choke I tried to adjust the throttle screw by the petcock and it don't seem to help is there anything I can do to make it idle or am I going to have to take it to get carbs cleaned I think doing the carbs myself is out if my league

 

Carbs need to be removed & cleaned for proper idle.

 

That is what I thought. That sucks because the shop will have my bike for 4 weeks and the weather is nice here
