My vote goes to Two Brothers, Akropovic, or Devil. Jardine is infinitely better than D&D, but those three picks are better than Jardine. At least from my perspective. Exhausts are personal preference. CBR300 mentioned Level One Racing, which is basically a hollow GP exhaust which sounds far worse than D&D does, IMO. So it depends on you.

i run a IXIL shorty on my f4i love the note, but very loud, it comes with two baffels that slip in by removing the end cap and have the option of running without them like my self , not sure if there available in the usa, there made in england and great quality and very competivly priced. check out there site www.ixil.com

i have a jardine rt1 can that i made into a shorty that you can have if you want. Theres no baffling in it though so its pretty much a straight pipe. Im sure you can buy some baffling for cheap though if youre interested. I also just purchased two of the new carbon fiber two brothers exhausts (they were being sold together and i got a good deal) so im probably gonna be selling the other one if youre interested in that also. Theyre off a gixxer so youll have to get a midpipe made or get it attached to your current midpipe. The jardine is from my f4i and does have a midpipe but the very end where it attaches to the header is cut off cuz i used it for my 2 bros exhaust so youll just need a little fitting or 2 inch piece of pipe welded on there which should cost nothing. The two brothers sounds the best by far but i liked the jardine. Ill also have a stainless two brothers exhaust (the new kind) once i get my cf one put on my rr. So that too will be just the exhaust no midpipe. If you want any of those 3 ill sell them for pretty cheap.

edit: pm me and i can email or text you pics of them all. (same goes for anyone else thats interested)

+1 for the ixil pipe... i was looking around for 3 months before i decided on mine and i love it! has a very interesting sound, kind of a mix between a yoshi and a two bros. and they are available in the USA. the only distributor is indysuperbikes.com and it runs about $420 if i remember correctly

I had a danmoto exhaust too, I liked the look of the small can, but it was way to loud for me. I have a M4 high mount now, which quieted it down a little, and made it sound better. The danmoto was too high pitched/piercing. I think hearing them for yourself is the way to go.

Good look!
