2002 F4i won't idle, exhaust smells like bad fuel, smokey exhaust
Hello, I just spent two weeks trying to diagnose this issue with my 2002 f4i that is garage kept and rarely ridden. It reved crapy and spit thick white smoke out the exhaust, and also had fuel dripping out where the slip on exhaust connected. I tried four new spark plugs, new fuel, seafoam, but no luck. After reading thread after thread on cbrforum, I decided to try a new fpr (fuel pressure regulator). I finished installing it today........and amazingly, THAT WAS THE PROBLEM!!!!
