I'm trying to reattach the engine cutoff switch mount but, for some reason i cant get the mount to close all the way(sandwich the bar with no gap). There are 2 screws diagonally on the bottom. I cant see anything that is misaligned or out of place that would cause this problem. Any suggestions?

 

i dont exactly know what you are talking about take a picture. If its fully closed already put a piece of rubber under it then tighten it it will stay fine.
