well i fixed it. turns out that my rear wheel was way out of alignment. the right side was 2 marks off of the left side on the adjusters! i adjusted it correctly real quick, and now the bars are nice and straight!

mines the same way. loosen a clip-on pinch bolt and you'll see that the tab on the clip-ons that fit in the slot on the upper tree have some side to side clearance. when you tighten the pinch bolts up its probably almost impossible to align the two clip-ons exactly the same therfore it looks like somethings twisted when its just the clip-on position making the steering lookoff.thats why you see brand new bikeslike this. the clip-ons are tightenedat the dealership as part of assembly by the shop monkey.
