Crashed today
My wife just backed into me the other day and I have similar damages and am going to replace everything myself. The side fairing (from factory) is about $500, the front is about $700, and a micron exhaust is going to cost me $500. The worst is looking at the poor thing in the garage. I only got mine six weeks ago. I feel your pain!
If you are turning it into insurance have the dealer look at it. If you are pay for it yourself, strip all the bodywork off of it. Damage should be fairly apparent and you will be able to see if the subframe or any of the fairing brackets got tweaked.
I would recomend replacing any damaged panels with fiberglass "street" bodywork. It make take a little more fitting, but it will survive much better in the future and it's REALLY easy to repair compared to plastic.
eBay is your freind for parts.

I know its a day late and a dollar short, but...
You can apply massive amounts of pressure to the front brake, but it has to be done gradually. As you use the front brake, the weight of the bike shifts forward. The more the weight shifts forward, the more brake pressure you can apply. The more weight that shifts forward the harder it becomes to lock up the front tire. This is due to an increase of force (weight) on the front tire. When you apply too much front brake too early, the weight still shifts forward. But, now the front tire lockes easily because there is no force on it. This causes the back end to lift, and this is how you do an endo.
And even though I'm know the physics behind locking the front tire, I still do it more than I would like.

Glad you're okay man. I have a scary moment myself last Saturday afternoon. Silly me to ride my bike when it was raining like hell...I was in one of the busiest intersection in my town on a red waiting for the lights to change when I heard screeching sound behind me and then bang! A driver of a pick up truck slam into a stopped car behind me and ended up kissing my rear end...lucky enough she was half a car away from me or else I would have been in her windshield or in the middle of the intersection lying on the road or worst getting run over by another car...It was a close call but I was so lucky that I got out of it without even a scrath..
