Default Chain and Sprocket Suggestions

I would like to do a swap this winter and I was wondering what a good setup would be. I'm looking more for acceleration because there's not many places around to really get topped out. Thanks for any input.

I've always used 2 up in the rear, 1 down in the front...

You need to make sure your chain and sprockets are the same pitch. 525 is a typical stock size. A common size for aftermarket kits is 520. Either is fine -- you wouldn't notice the weight savings advantages on a street bike.

Typically chains and sprockets are swapped at the same time, unless you do something crazy and wear one out prematurely from the other.

I've run Driven sprockets and RK chains. I've heard EK chains are good, too, depending on which ones (some of the cheaper colored ones I'd stay away from). I know Vortex makes sprockets as well.
