Default Cbr600 f4i fuel in oil

Hi, I have found that after standing 9 months in a garage my bike has a high level of oil. I removed some oil and it was thin like petrol. Then I drained all oil from the engine and I got about 4.5 liter. About 1.7 liter more than suppose to. I read on forums that fuel pressure regulator is a common issue, so I checked it. Removed the smaller pipe to see if it is leaking and there was a drop gathering slowly. Nothing much. How to know when FPR is bad? What are other causes for flooding/leaking fuel into the oil? Thanks

A bad/leaking fuel injector is a possibility. But if you have fuel coming out on the small pipe, then it's bad and needs to be replaced.
