the miles are low and the damage looks superficial, but it's hard to see entirely - is the left fairing missing? scrapes on the engine covers?
if it is mechanically sound and runs well 22 isn't bad.

If there are just a few scrapes on the cover(s) but no cracks/leaks $2200 is a good price. I know I wouldn't let mine go that cheap and the right fairing is kinda rough and I have 15k miles.

And we all know yellow/black is the best combo!

a tank cost 500 dollars, so as long as you don't care about aesthetics and don't think that is valued in money then whatever.
here is some things to look out for, does it run? is the tank loaded with rust? you want to get that gas out of there too.
oil change, new tires, you probably want to change your fork oil and seals, look for pitting or rust on the forks, it looks from the mirror that it has been dropped on both sides.
low mileage doesnt make up for a bike if its been neglected. i say tires because it probably wasn't on stands for those few years of being parked.
check the fuel pump too if the gas isn't crap, a fuel pump cost 350 bucks or more, you'll probably need to replace the fuel pressure regulator too, 40-80 bucks.
if the guy ran the bike during that time to keep it health then sure seems like a deal, but i would say 1000-1500, battery cost 100+ as well.
but the f4i engine is a strong one so it may be worth it just because of that.
