As the title says I've found a f4i a 2001 model thats is very nice on the outside. I just want make sure the internals are just as good as it's outside. Also I guess he did a tail light conversion but said that only the running lights work he thinks he wired it wrong. My question is how hard would it be to get the whole tail working? Also the front blinkers arent installed is this a hard task? So anyways a good check list for the bike would be much appricated.

So does anyone know how tough it is to get the tails fully functioning and the front blinkers also I have to put rear mirrors on it and lastly change the front display panel that protects the speed and tach meters. The face plate on the tach meter is craked and I guess thats 1 whole peice. So any ideas on the amount hrs to do these jobs and also maybe even a place to look for to see instructions on it.

 

what tail conversion did he do? From stock to a different year, or an aftermarket one? You best bet is going to be looking through the shop manual click here other than that, you'll have to sit down with a multi meter or jumper wires and find out which wires are signals, maker light and break lights.
