Default Another f4i problem

Ok, I have fixed almost all my problems, except one. My bike runs perfect, only after 2000 rpms. Anything before that, I can't dump the throttle. Even when revving the motor. If I dump it while revving under 2000, it bogs out, the idle drops, and takes a couple of seconds before it comes back to life, and corrects itself. If I slowly rev it, she pulls through all the way nicely, and the idle drops back to normal, without stumbling. What the hell can cause this behavior? This is what i've changed so far: Fuel tank, stator coil, recitifier, throttle body, injectors, fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, air filter, spark plugs, oil, battery. Bike is basically stock, except for a yosh carbon slip-on. To help paint you guys a picture, if i'm at a dead stop, and in first gear, I have to slowly roll, before being able to give her more throttle. It seems, as if she's sucking too much air, and not enough gas. I'm out of ideas.

if you watched the voltage change on it you may seen a issuse with off throttle having a voltage change issue... lets say 0% throttle is .500v and 1% is .513v 2% is .519v and so on.. you would see small voltage change all the way to about 4.5v at wot.. now a flat spot would be where the throttle is opening but no change in voltage untill a certin % or you could have the opposite where you get a big voltage jump right away making the bike think it went from 0% to 15% with nothing in between. this is all just a guess and i bet if u had a honda scan tool for this bike it would be alot eaiser. also hows the coolant temp sensor. those play big when you dont have a o2 snesor for closed loop operation on fuel injection. i havent had any issues with my bike but i am a BMW mechanic so i was just going with issues i see on cars
