Hi, my name is Tom andI just bought an '01 F4i for $2500. It needs body work and what not from being put over but it is mechanically strong and what not. I plan on making it a nice project over the remaining months of the winter. Not going to do anything major to it, just clean it up, paint it, new decals, flush mount blinkers and what not. I have only been riding on the street for about a year now, I also own a 2003 Suzuki Katana 600 which I put 12K miles on this season. I used that make the switch from dirt to street and let me tell you they are very good 600s to learn on, bit of a tank, but very calm bikes. Anyway I just wanted to stop in and introduce myself.

Shoot us some pics when you get things going. Stock rebuild or custom? Use the search option of the forum if you are looking for ideas. You will usually find that someone here has done it and made a nice little DIY.

 

Mostly a stock rebuild thinking of going Yellow and Black....or maybe White and Black. I will get photos up when I get a chance. Thanks guys, Merry Xmas
