Can you do the 600 mile service your self or do I really have to take it to the Stealership???

 

You can do it yourself. Change oil, change oil filter, check idle, brake, clutch and steering. However you might have some worries with your warrenty further down the line if you do things yourself, it's not a big hassle to take it into the dealer, best to have them do it and save your paperwork.
