Power wise your fine. I'm 5'11" at 210. These bikes have LOTS of power don't let the cc's fool you. Lots of good deals on bikes right now.

If you race motocross, you are definitely ready for a 600 cc sportbike. I think the F4ifeels slightly larger than the RRs, but go to the dealer andsit onthem both, the F4i is discontinued, but maybe you can still find one around. good luck.

Why did they discontinue the F4i, thats a BIG mistake. I got my 02 so im not too worried about it. As for the bike, im tipping the scales around 210 and the 600 is FASTTTTTTT as hell for me, its my first bike, but it goes as fast as you need it to. I would get one, a great choice in my opinion. My 02 was 5,000 even with only 2700 miles and MINT!!!!!!

heres the deal, if you just want to ride, and cruise and never be a sick rider, dude get whatever the **** you want. if you want to progress and do track days/ stunt buy a 600 its ten times faster that that 250 youve been on

I went from motocross to a F4i and it was smooth... just respect it as you respect your CR250 on the motocross track.. If you can hang on to your dirtbike overa 60 foot double or tripple you can manage a F4i

I am 24 years old, 6'2", andabout 185 lbs. I had a 500 ninja for about 8 months and have been looking for a good 600 to move up to. The f4i is the most comfortable bike for my body type that i have found (and i have looked at a LOT of bikes). I recentlydemoed an 06 model at the Honda dealer and i must say it was fantastic. I felt like i could ride it comfortably for quite a while. I should be getting mine in the next few days. I ordered a brand spanking new one because i know that i will hang on to this bike for a long time.
