Hey I am needing some help a "friend" layed my bike down said it slide about 12 feet. The bike started after he laid it down, but now my fuel pump won't prime and I can't get spark also fuel light stays on but won't give any codes. Relays click, battery is good, kickstand safety switch is good, clutch safety is good and its not my tip over sensor. . I replaced the diode in ignition switch. I don't know what else to do. PLEASE any suggestions would help. Bike has been down for 2 months now.

I just started plugging away at this, and I can tell you it's not the ECU (for the 14 mph thing/fuel pump priming), relays in the back are good, and fuses are good. How can I tell if it's the ignition switch diode without buying a new one? Is there a way to test it? I like to ensure I've found the problem before I throw money at it, if I can, so if you can test power in/out or anything, that would be perfect. (Are we talking about the ignition switch on the right bar?)

You might try to bypass the tip sensor, my friend 06 f4i tip sensor went out randomly,
get a jumper wire and stick it in the two outside holes if the plug and turn the key.
The sensor is under the front fairing you can get to it by taking the wind screen off.
