hmmm i had this problem i had my bike on its side but longer then you did it seems.
I had to take out my spark plugs then try to start it.
Sprayed tons of oil out lol may be your problem but if you drove if after you layed it over i doubt this is your problem.

you can always use a pair of plyers and contact the relay... you should see sparks when you do this and hear the starter turn over.

Check the harness connections up front (main harness & cluster harnesses). To get to them, you'll need to pull the left fairing and the left intake cover. The main harness will be the big one with like 12 or so wires (don't remember an exact number of wires).

The problem could also be the regulator or the rectifier...but I'm not really sure about those, as I haven't messed with either specifically.

do you here the fuel pump prime when you turn the key and the engine cutoff switch on? Did you check fuses? Sounds like you just have a low battery if everything turns on but just get clicks when you try starting and lights are dim. Even new batteries can be low when purchased, put a meter on it and see what your getting out of it.
