When you say "still no power", what exactly do you mean? Is there not enough electrical power to run your lights, etc., or do you mean the engine is lacking power? or both?

Look in your Honda service manual, in there you will find the fields what your fields should be with a volt-tester staring with the stator. More than likely, you RR(rectifier/regulator) is not making the electrical loop and draining your battery or your stator isn't charging your battery. Doesn't matter if your lights come on, but if there is no click when starting your battery is actually running the show.
