so to start out im a new guy here. on my 2nd f2.
bought the bike 2 weeks ago ran great all it needed was a battery. replaced that. then went to start it yesterday and no start at all. so replaced the plugs today. go to reinstall the battery and now have NOTHING AT ALL. anyone have ideas.

 

no power at all, no lights?

Voltmeter the battery - make sure it is still hot. Then check the main chassis fuse near the battery - 30amp there in front of the battery box.

We'll hold off on the other stuff til you have it powered again.

 

Yes it was the main fuse my dumbass wasnt paying attention and hooked the battery up backwards. But all is good now. Now just to get new failings and a tire and I'm ready to ride again

 

Ok so I got off work and a friend took my bike for a spin...well when he parked to give it back my bike just cut off with out him turning it off ...then I try to started but same problem with this other guy happen I turn my key on then turn on my starter swich then I try to started but nothing ..no power at all .no head lights nothing not eve th horn worked so what cn it be

 

did u check the main fuse as mentioned here? Battery and connections need to be gone thru too.
