Default new chain ?

do you bring the axle all the way to the front of the bike
and then measure and cut the chain?
what is the torque for the front sprocket ?

Is there any alignment for the rear tire? Where do you suggest we buy the new chain and sprockets? I want mine faster and it's all stock.
