Default changing chain and sprockets...torque specs?

I'm changing out the chain and sprockets on my 93 cbr1000f but i don't have a manual yet.Can anyone tell me the torque specsfor both sprockets??? Thanks

thanks. i found the torque specs for the rear sprocket in there but not the front. it was on there pretty damn tight but i still dont know how much torque to use on it.

Rick619, it's on page 7-2 of the manual under Engine Removal - Drive Sprocket

Thanks for the help guys. Now my speedo is a lot more accurate. It had 16/45 gearing but i just put it back to the stock 17/42 and like it better. Probably get better fuel mileage now too.
