Alright thanks. I wasn't sure because I blew my R/R somehow and got a new one from ricks and went to test it's power outage and it's about 13.96 at 5k and I had heard if its below 14 your stator may be bad. But I'm going to remove the starter this week and lube it up I will be sure to let you know how it goea

Well, if you're going in there anyway, it would be interesting to know if anything is loose/rubbing, inside that left case... let us know.
Pulling and checking/lubing the starter bendix gear/shaft is easy as well, you really should get that done, so that if the issue IS the bendix sticking, you don't hose your starter, and have to replace it, or worse, damage your flywheel.

Worth checking. I once had a `79 Vw Passat that had starter issues. I went to the local dealer to ask what a new starter costs and dropped my jaw onto the counter. Went home, took it off to see it`s full of grime and all black from the inside, did a thorough cleaning, lubing, threw it back on and it worked beautifully to the day I sold the car.

Their parts aren't as plentiful for my current BMW 6 series, but still, I get what I can from them, depending on what the part is, of course.
