if everything else has checked out ok, no kinks or damage to the brake lines, i think you will have to take the calliper off to check it out,

its not a bad job to do, just follow your manual,my advise would be read through the procedure a couple of times before doing it, if there are pad pin covers remove these before taking the callipers off, its only a couple of bolts for each calliper , just make sure you dont pump the pistons all the way out as you and your bike will get fluid on them, put a wedge between the pistons a bit of wood to stop them comming right out, if a piston wont come out you will need to hold the other pistons back and pump the stuck one out,
repeat untill there all out and then clean the pistons up, use a tooth brush and brake cleaner for difficult to remove use scotchbrite, when you push the pistons back in keep an eye on the master cylinder reseviour (if its full the pistons will meet the resistance i have made a tool to push the pistons back in, a clamp or hand pressure should work) best to take the lid off and take some fuild out to the lower level and keep checking, before you put the pads back in just check the pistons move in and out freely, copperslip the pins and put the callipers back on, and hopefully you have sorted it
