Hey, this might sound like a stupid question but what does a power commander actually do?? I hear about them all the time but i have no idea what they do??? [&:]

 

A power commander is an aftermarket ecu that you plug into your bike to control air/fuel mixtures. I dont know if it adjust timing as well as I dont have one. It's for FI bikes only. It's a new school jet kit basically. You upload a fuel curve from your pc into that and you can adjust the mixture for different altitudes/pipes, etc.
