tighten your header bolts people!
My eyes started burning while checking for oil leaks with the bike running (changing oil, fairing off). Checked all the header bolts and only 2 were torqued to spec according to my torque wrench (9lb ft). 2 were ready to fall out. Now I have to go and check all the bolts/nuts on the bike.
That brings me to another question. Does the purolator filter actually seal on this bike? Mine was weeping a little bit after a 100 mile ride, so I gave it another He-man turn. I noticed the honda filter has an oring type seal and the purolator doesn't.

I just checked it and it didn't leak. Must have needed one more turn. I'll keep my eye on it and probably use a k&n next time, if I can find it.

oh, okay, still, haven't really ever seen an oil filter for the bike that doesn't have the o-ring. but hey, if it's not leakin', then you should be good to go. ride on
