stupid question

i was just looking at the data plate on the bike did they make a 900rr in 03 or is 900rr the base cause the data plate def says 900 rr

Haha, I remember when I noticed mine I had just given my money to the guy I had bought the bike from and we had stopped to get something to eat before driving home, I was a little nervous!

All the 929/954s say 900RR on the frame, but I have seen a 2005 900RR and yes it was a 900RR. The plastics didnt really change from back in 99. Havent seen one in the states but this is while I was in Iraq.

Yeah, im pretty sure all 954s say that on the frame, but somewhere on the side of the block, it has "954CM3" (954 cc) cast into it...nothin to worry about.
