i hav a 2003 954 i just got 152mph my buddy says the speed is wrong r all the 954 speedo's off

 

I would think it's true that most bikes speedos are off a bit...I have a 'Speedo Healer' that corrects this, so I call tell you that 153mph is no problem on a 954...I've hit 158mph (and that's w/ 2-up on the rear sprocket)

Somebody told all bike speedo are off 7%. Dont ask me why they can do such great engineering on a Honda and cant get the friggen speedo right. Probably for our safety. LOL!

 

on the 'Speedo Healer' web site it say that the 954 is 5% off my friend has a kaw. 1200 rr & it is 8 % off
