I've seen 171 mph on my fully stock 954 but I weigh 250 lbs so I would think a lightweight could see 180 or so... this is all on the speedo mind you so I have no idea how accurate it is

 

Allegedly:

165 mph indicated on Trona Rd., Death Valley, CA. for 2 minutes in a tight tuck with another 954 Driver and a Yammy R1!

God that was fun.

Hit 165 again on 19 North approaching 70 a few weeks ago.
