Just to clarify it has never popped out of second on me.Not yet anyway. It has just been rough going in. When you say rebuilt do you mean having the whole transmission rebuilt?

o, alright, no you can just replace the gears and stuff that have damage to them.. but if you have it open, do what u all need, not just half the job.. if you have some money get the gears undercut
