more power
thank u Conrice, but as i understand there are more than a map so if u pls could be much specific it would help a lot.note .mine is 03 954 10k with K&N air filter, short Termignioni slip on,carbon fiber framesliders ,carbon fiber endbar&levers, smoked screen .smoked tail lite with turning signals ,carbon fiber turning signals .
LOL your k&n filter is making less HP than your stock filter so why worry about the pcIII or msd? I would go PCIII it is more common and you can find them cheap. It won't make that much power just smoothes everything out and allows more power for the mods you do
the K&N filter will actually reduce your HP as opposed to the stock filter if you want to get some power off it do the flap mod and get a power commander and spend some dyno time tuning it also you won't get a big gain from a slip-on only like 1-2HP go with a full system and with proper tuning your out for 8-12HP of bang.
1) Cams
2) Stock air filter (new)
3) Remove flap (airbox, and seal hole)
4) Block p.a.i.r. valves (you have to do this to use dyno)
5) Full system (depends on the way the system is configurted to make most power)
6) Power commander with shop that knows how to use the "tuning link" 13.2 - 1 air to fuel ratio.
or just buy all my HRC stuff and make a ton of power....
