i needed the journals chromed though. there was some pretty good scoring on them

The grind you have allways comes whit chromed journals and the race profile comes allso. It doesn't matter what condition they are. Even if you send new cams there this profiles will have chromed journals. The bronze seats are there because the valves are titanium and the porting is easiest to make from blanck valve seat. Oversize valves don't need bronze guides. I have cnc-machined valve seats from the oem. What are the sizes off the valves? I thought about oversize valves but they where little to expensive for me.
