clutch springs
so I got some new clutch springs from barnett----everyone says to stick with the OEM clutch plates----should I replace anything else while I'm in there? or do you think that the springs and new OEM clutch plates will do the trick? I haven't had any clutch problems but the bike is a little older so I figured it wouldn't hurt to do this.
The difference you'll notice is that next time you change your clutch, you won't need to replace the springs.
They're just stronger springs is all. Check yours with a caliper and if they're in spec, consider the amount of miles they have on them - if that suits you fine then replace them with the less expensive OEM springs.
Weird... not often OEM is cheaper
