Default Dyno run and full remap on 954

I did a Dyno & full re-map on PC 111 usb last weekend at Sabin performance
in dallas tx.

1st run before re-map was getting 128 hp & 65 ft lbs torque
the air fuel mixture was a lil up and down but not too far off

After a full re-map it peaked at 136 hp & 68 ft lbs torque

no to bad for a stock 12 year old bike with 20k miles Attachment 24347

Installing a Dyno Jet quick shifter next weekend so ill update the outcome and performance afterwards

Wow, that's quite an increase. I bet the bike is a lot easier and more fun to ride now.

Not to shabby I need a dyno close to me and see what they can do. Keep it up!

Nice air/fuel mix. I had to take a peak at my graph after seeing yours. The 954's are bastards from 4-5.5! They never want to lay down. Its hard to find shops familiar with tuning these bikes. It looks like you found a good one! For reference. I wanted a flat as possible air/fuel curve. I ended up with 141.81 HP and 68.36 for Torque. Modified air box/BMC filter and full race Akro. Your #'s look good!

Thanks ironhead, I'm pleased with the results especially since I'm running stock filter and header and midpipe everything is stock with the exception of a two bro's slip on.

Dynojets dyno Did you ask what 954:s normally give in this dyno? The results with dynojets dynos are normally at very large scale so they aren't comparable to each other. But the power curve looks nice. Much better then on my bike
