Hi,

Last Friday my bike began leaking coolant from a hairline crack in the upper casing below the head. It's horizontal and starts in front of the #1 cylinder (rider's left side) heading across towards the 2nd cylinder.

I called American Honda today and they said that they never heard of such a thing happening to a 954. I know that this has happened to at least two other people. Anyone else here heard of such a thing? My 954 is out of warranty but has just 8k miles on it. This seems like a premature engine failure to me.

Also, any suggestions for a decent NYC area Honda dealer would be appreciated.
