Whoa. Did you get the hindle headers and scorpion exhaust off of ebay - as in they came together? Is there a scratch near the top bend in one of the headers?

i get alittle bit of hesitation between 5-6k rpms. which is actually why the exhaust valve is there. to help creat alittle back pressure. so im hoping to find some crimped headers sooner or later to help. the serpent exhaust from micron or a full akra. is what i reallly want. i would do a custom pipe like mv agusa if i get serpent headers though.

What where your lobe centers at intake and exhaust? And do you have a dyno graph of the last dyno run? I'm very interested on what rpms she has max. hp. The difference of full Hindlle compared the stock exhaust is about 8 rwhp when tuned on a bike whit stock motor. I think the gains should be even little bigger whit tuned engine.

I dint I really need ti go get a co0y 9f the dyno sheet. u wasn't very impressed because we only got 2 hp more butt considering it was 30 degrees hotter outside compared to the last one that's not bad. Well be doing one in the fall to get a better comparison . And yes it is the one on ebay. It took alot of work but we got rid of that ****ty kid pipe and cleaned them up alot

At the thicker head gasket: I wouldn't really worry about anything bending or warping. Probably the frames have more difference when they come from factory then the headgasket will change the height of the mounting. And if it looks that the collars or bolt won't fit right you could allways grind little of the top off the collar the get the bolts little higher and allso there is a lot of clearence between the collars, frame, engine mounts and bolts allready whitout grinding.

Nice man! Do you have a picture of it on the bike? I thought it would look great! But, for me, on the fighter - I'm doing a belly exhaust so I didn't think I could make it work.

Just take the spark plug out, poke the solder down to the valve your interested in, turn the motor by hand. Pull out and measure.
Just pick a solder of the appropriate diameter.

Yes, he did. And the oems are bolts. Not studs. On the 954 they are stretching bolts that should be changed every time they are opened. I'm not sure are the 929 re-usable. I used oem whit my 980 kit and never heard that anyone has found any aftermarket ones for 929/954.

Have you disambled your motor yet?
