Right just wanted to make sure the ECU was reading them, have you still got the BAS, Clutch and Sidestand switches bypassed

The BAS cuts the fuel pump. The other things keep it from cranking.

I bypassed the base for testing but it's working fine the other 2 or not bypassed I can do that. Which pin do I jump
also what is spec on compression for these bikes?

Yes I know that Demon ,but just trying to get the bike back to base with no other intermittent problems that might cause this, my thoughts are that this is a wiring fault and everything that can cause a no start should be taken out of the loop

also what is spec on compression for these bikes?
For the side stand join the two wires , for the clutch undo the two fasteners at the clutch lever and insert a wire to them both, on the main harness check all connectors and the central earthing points , there is a large one in the harness on the right hand side fully taped over ,see if that one has been affected

Sort of stuff that can happen and as you tried a pals ECU and got the same fault, and you proved your ECU is reading faults , it has to be electrics , but trying to find that wiring fault is the biggy, getting a reaction even a back fire is show that the plugs are trying to fire, but before we go any further is your battery up to scratch (a good one)

I have to keep it on a charger cause its weak but turns over fine. I talked to some of my co workers today and they seem to think it jumped time does that happen much with these things
