I actually have one in good shape. I may also have some other parts you may be looking for, including a frame with a clean title.

(check my contact info) i havent really thought about selling it until now. i will include the fuel pump module (the pump itself quit intermittently, replace it), the bracket with the seat mount, and the pressure hose with the banjo fitting. the fuel door i want to keep together with the ignition (upper triple bracket to) and trunk lock (did you still need those too?) i have the clutch cable and bracket, rear brake lever, right controls, and the ram air covers (black top covers, right?) my gauge cluster has a broken hold down pin on the bottom, but i will throw that in if you want it. anything else you can think of?

I need HELP now!

This is the deal. I had everything booted up and hit the ignition and believe it or not it actually started up but then it died. It did take a while for it to crank up and when it did it would run for about 5 to 10 seconds and die. It did run rough but I can contribute it to not being ran for a few years in all. Then It just stopped I hit the ignition and it turns over and over and over but doesnt fire up. The fuel pump primes and I even check to make sure the lines where not crimped but they were not so what am I missing?

I thought I might have fouled the plugs but I shot some bake cleaner in the intake because I didnt have any starter fluid and as long as I was feeding it brake cleaner through the intake it ran but as soon as the fluid dried up it died again.

What am I missing?

 

FPR might be shot and or gunch in lines/fuel rail/ injectors need to be clean. is the fuel pump turning on?

 

Yeah the fuel pump is priming, I havnt checked the FPR, I might look into that later today.

 

I replaced the entire rail, injectors, regualtor, the whole shabang,....... Same deal actually it sputtered once but never fired up.

 

Try a new set of plugs, maybe fouled from the fuel if it was filled with low grade
