I have power commander 3, and I dont need it what do I have to do to take it off, and put the bike back to stock.

 

Follow the harness down towards the engine. You will find 2 plugs at the end acting as a jumper between the factory harness. Just unplug those 2, replug the factory plugs together, remove the battery wire. That should be all it takes.
