so its fine to run the rotella?

 

Rotella does work great.
On a side note honda apperantly recommends 3.9 quarts of oil or basically 4.
I put that and it was way over the sight glass mark. I took some back out until it was between the marks on the sight glass. probably about half a quart.
We are supposed to measure the level while the bike is straight right?

Yes bike should be straight. Also warm-up the bike first then wait about 2 minutes then check it. Or it might be 5 mins

 

and as far as the quantity? how much oil you guys put in yours?

 

yeah i know.......it still came up on my google search i did on my phone while i was looking to see how much oil to put in it.

 

dunno about the oil capacity i usually use around 3 1/2 quarts
