What insurance offers the best deal? any recommendations. I was given a 2001 Honda CBR 929RR.

 

through progressive im paying 197 a month full coverage for my 00 929 and my 02 gsxr 600 (thats 197 together for both bikes) im 22 with 1 speeding ticket (and thats before i got my licence and took the msf class, and that ticket is off in oct so im just waiting to report everythign so i can get a better discount)

and there are countless insurance threads in almost every section so just search and you will find all the answers you seek

 

My friends are either telling me 21st or State Farm.

i got in a car accident with my van.... it was my fault... and i was given careless driving *which i think is a bit harsh considering the situation...but thats another story*...

anyways... a claim went through my insurance... they covered everything.... increased my rates... im 18 years old...

but then i got a traffic lawyer... and got my carelessdriving dismissed.

does this still mean im gonna have high rates because i got in an accident?.... if i went insurance shopping... im still gonna have have a black mark on my driving record?.... even though iwasnt convicted with any citation.?

 

it depends on the level of coverage you want. i only carry liability (wish i could afford full coverage) and through Progressive i think i paid about $180 for a 12 month policy. also, through Progressive, for an extra $10 a year you get free roadside assistance (incase you run out of gas or something like that... still have to pay for the gas, but they bring it to you at no additional charge).

 

I have state farm and pay $27.02 a month for full coverage on a 2001 Honda 929....I think its so low because im 25 yrs old and have a clean record
