full coverage? more than you can afford, at least 4,000 a year. liability depends on how many tix u got but its a fraction of that

Youre should be expecting at least that and in some cases even more.Its all simply because your 18 and they dont take into account the fact that u rode anything ever.Its a huge obstacle especially if your lookin to finance.

 

It really depends on where you live, more than anything else.

 

When i was 18 my insurance was like 787 for 6 months of coverage through state farm.

 

Look around, Greico, Progressive, etc. When I was 19 with 2 tickets on my record it was $1800 a year, for full coverage, minus collision....

 

well i called progressive...im 18, live in sacramento CA, havent gotten any tickets, just got done with the msf class....i think they asked for about 3400 for full and then about 56 a month for liability....and if you took the msf class make sure you ask if they do discounts...i heard state farm is really good but you have to have a policy with them if you want to get motorcycle insurance with them...so yea, hope it helped
