update... I took the bike to a local motorcycle mechanic yesterday. Guy seems to know his stuff.... He said the engine sounds like it needs a valve adjustment and has a code 34 which he will look into.. once he gets back to me ill let you all know what was up with it incase anyone has problems like this again.

valve adjustment done. Was $400 and bike runs perfectly now.

Wow I can't believe a valve adjustment made such a difference with that low of miles, seems like that bike has had a really rough life so far.
