929 seat
i had a corbin seat that thing was so stiff and wide towards teh *** area ... real uncomfortable for long rides iono what kind of corbin it was but mine was terrible.. i'll post pics if wanted.

Ok, I guess I'm on the DIY'ers side here. I actually make seats for vehicles at an assembly plant for H2's, Ford 500, Mercury Montego, etc., so I know the work could not be too hard on this seat. You would just need the time as stated before. I'm thinking, after materials are acquired and you are ready to work, 1/2 - 1 hr max.
I'm seriously thinking of hooking mine up, I think its pretty uncomfortable too. Maybe 1" of good / soft foam and some weatherproof leather. You could use the old seat fabric as a pattern for the new piece, and maybe make it a little bigger to accommodate for the extra foam. Then just staple back together.
