I am looking for this small seat cowl to cover the passenger portion of the "banana seat" on my 2006 F4i.

It doesn't seem anyone is manufacturing this cowl anymore, as I can't find it anywhere online. I was hoping someone would be willing to sell theirs, or know of someone who may be willing to sell it.

Or, perhaps someone who can work on plastics would be willing to machine something custom for me? If so, please PM me. I'd pay a reasonable price.

Never seen one like that. Targa makes one, but it is larger, and waaay expensive. They are nice, but the do not come in blue. Try looking on ebay for one. If you find one like in the picture, tell the rest of us, because I will be in line right behind you to get one.

 

yeah, I don't like the Targa one. Too big, cuts out usage of your storage under the seat, and is a pain to take off when you want to ride 2up.

I have been looking for several weeks, and no luck.

The other option is trying to make one myself. There is another thread in the main forum where a guy linked to a How-To from another forum on how to make a custom seat cowl out of fiberglass. I am considering doing this, but can't find the time as of yet.

If I find anything, I'll definitely post it up. Please do the same if you find something.

 

They used to be all over ebay for $129 but I dont see them anymore
