anyone have a good ideas to make the seat on the 929 a little bit more comfortable for the long rides? or any companies that sell seats for this bike?

 

look for a corbin seat. also you can go to an upolster and they can add more foam to it. guy told me 125$ for an extra 1.5 inches of medium and high density foam.

 

did you get that done or did you just get a quote i bet that inch would help im just afraid it would look dumb

 

What would look dumb-er, an extra inch of foam or you waddling around all hurtingafter a 300 mile ride!

 

i found a couple of rashed seats on ebay and a friend of mine and i were going to try it our selves. i cant be that hard some foam and a different color of leather(and my girlfriend and a sewing machine) and we should b able to get r dun. will post pics if we decide 2 do it.

 

bicycle shorts!!!!!!!,the ones with the gel allready in the ***,they work really good and their really cheap
or you could thrown the cash and get a corbin or sargent seat

 

please tell me you do mean under the jeans or riding pants
although the "Superman" on top look might look good, i dont think the ladies will dig it

 

green lantern did you get your shorts online if so where at all these places im finding suck lol shorts are a lot cheaper than a seat lol

 

Any sporting good store will have them, I think Wal Mart even has them somewhere.

 

i'm biddin on a corbin seat right now on ebay. if i can pick it up under 130$ i rather do that. Great idea on the bicycle shorts, i will pick some of those up today!
