ok so i picked up this 929rr from this guy and he said the 1st cly does not work on the bike and he had no clue y....i did test it and its not working when i start the bike all cly exhausts get HOT but the 1st cly !!! hmm he said it did not Start ackting up when it was rideing it it was when it was siting for a day or too !!!

and when i ride it its GOT NOO power and cuts out tell i get to 4k! o ya and im geting a code 23 and it says FI !!!!!!!!!!!

o and its GETing hella bad MPG we are talking 5$ does not last long at alll!!!!

powercommander in the PCIII ( yes its maped! )
K/N (maped to it)
full exhaust (maped to it)
now i dont know if theres a O2 sensor eliminator on it or not i know THERES NOOO O2 sensor ON the bikee!!!!

sounds like your not getting any spark to that cylinder and this could be due to

a bad or fouled plug
or
a bad ignition wire thingy( I'm not sure of its proper name)

but I don't think you need a new motor

and I believe the problem is in the ignition system somewhere!

 

ok i know the coil is good it sparked the hell out of me to dayy but i dont know if the plug is goodim haveing a hard time geting that plug out lol !! i will hit you guys up on i get the plug out here in like 5 mins !!

any auto part store should carry the plug you need. I got some for my yzf600r from autozone or advance auto parts!

and in the future always try the obvious before some idiot tells you, you need a new motor and you believe them!

 

haha it ran good for a min wth a new plug but it looks like its back to the same may and its doo to SOO much gas going innnnn!!!!!


maybe i need a O2 sensor eliminator ? i know theres noo o2 on it now but hmm !! how can is tell if it has a O2 sensor eliminator ?

 

I'm a lil confused, is your bike a CA model because mine isn't so it has no 02 sensor!

now if yours isn't a CA model then it has no 02 sensor

if it is then you should have a 02 sensor and it should be located on the pipe between the headers and the can

now if you have this bung then ou should see if it has an 02 sensor in it or an eliminator.

so I'm confused to what you wanna know
