yea thats right, got pulled over and arrested while going to pay my warrants.. ironic isnt it. well they impounded my bike and me being the smart guy i am i dont have the title yet and cant find the guy who has it... so in the impound it sits. its a sad sad sad day for me

which also brings up a good reason to have the bike in someone elses name too. that way if you are in the hosp or in jail someone else can have access to the bike . because tow yards will only grant access to the RO (registered owner)

yea that is a good idea. but im sure my friends would think it was funny to somehow screw me over if it was in there name.. and my parents seeing as how they hate my lifestyle, would probablly just sell it somehow, lol.

I have no idea why a cop would stop you for riding a non-registered motorcycle and then arrest you just because you have a couple of warrants!!!?
I have an associate that is doing the same thing.
he bought a bike off a co-worker I work with and he didn't get the title because the co-worker still owed the bank and had to pay the loan off to get the title.
well this process took a week or 3 and he still wasn't worried about getting the title from him, I guess he's just happy to be riding!
well me and the co-worker went for a ride so we stopped by his house and I picked up the title for him and gave him a call and told him hey I got the title, just give me a call when you want to come and get it!
its been 2 weeks and still no call!
if I didn't like him a lil, I could go steal the bike and register in my name and sell it and legally he couldn't do anything about it!
anyone interested in a really nice 05 gsxr 750 for real cheap! lol
