if the brake pads are ok i wouldnt worry about it
disc brakes are noisey sometimes
but look at the pads close to be sure

if your pads r ok,you can go to your local autp parts store and get some "disc brake quiet". all you do is pull your pads off and smear some on,let it dry and put them back on,takes about 10 min.I just recently did that on my 93 and it fixed the problem.

I would suggest checking the front wheel bearings also. Get the front wheel off the ground and grab the outer edges of the tire and try to move it back and forth - do this with your grip at 3 and 9 o'clock as well as 12 and 6. Any wiggling or movement means your bearings are starting to go. Wheel bearings are often overlooked because they are out of sight, out of mind - but really should be replaced at 20-30k miles, or sooner if the bike has been subject to stunter abuse.
