# 1---do you have a stock 900???
# 2---are you racing the bike or riding street
# 3---900's run better with 39 not the 41's
# 4---i put the factory pro airbox mod with 162 mains and the bike is better then when i had the 39's on it keihin's suck on the street.. you cant warm the bike up the right way you can slam the throttle open when you wana and when you buddy walks over to you bike and thinks he is racer joe and twist the grip 3 or 4 times and screams ying ying ying all it does is **** you off and flood your bike and fouls the plugs?? i go with the factory pro kit ram air kit from air-tech and a plus 4 timming adv. ???

stock bottom-end. extensive valvetrain work. head was ported & polished, decked a few thou (i can't remember exactly, i just can never run high lift cams. it has yosh cams, have been degreed (few degrees from stock). larger intake valves. carbs already have factory pro stage 2 jet kit,hi-flow filter. also, it says on my receipt from machine shop, ported throttle bodies, larger butterflies, and oval out emulsion tubes. full d&d exhaust. ign advancer.

i think that's it.......

dynoed @ 132bhp on a dynojet, 128bhp on a mustang dyno. it makes very clean power. still not has fast as my '06 zx-10r, but a hell of a lot more fun.

the guys that built the motor, wanted to make the most hp with a stock bottom-end. trying to make the bike reliable. so far so good, except for a couple of shift forks(lol)...... i have a turbo charged 929 powered drag quad, also with a stock bottom-end and never any problems.

check outpics of both machines.......

sounds like you have everything you need just get a ramair kit and bigger jet i dont think you will ever get flatslides to be street ride-able.. i bought 39's from sudco and they never sinked right and they just werent fun on the street.. i sold them with filters and emulsions for $1300.00 if you do getthem buy new not used you never know what your buying and flatslides wearout quick on the street from the constant opneing and closing...
