Default Not doing anything illegal here fellas just need some help.

So heres the deal. I bought a garage full of 900rr parts. I got about 4 sets of gauges and all of them are reading random mileage. I have 1 set of 95's and the others are 96/97. All bikes are disassembled in pieces so I have no complete bike right now. I was wondering if there is any way to roll the miles back on the gauges since they are worth more with low miles. I know I'm gonna get a few people wanting to play police patrol but I am not putting them on a bike and just will be putting them up on Ebay. I know there is no drive cable into the back but was wondering if there is any way to do it. Some people want to do a bike rebuild and put 0 mile gauges on them and thats their decision but I'm wondering if anyone knows of a way to do it. Thanks in advance for the help.
