You are right, the screw does not fit the weights. I will order them.

By the way, yestarday someone pushed my bike to the ground while going backwards with his jeep. Just in front of my eyes!! We shouted at the guy but he didnt heard us.
Result:
- left mirror broken.
- left rear cowl scratched.
- front cowl fractured.
- AND, handle bar weight (fitted the day before) scratched!

Luckily, police was also present at the scene, since I was on a day course for safe bike driving run by the London Metropolitan police! XD
With the policeman's report on place i think I wont have many problem to make a claim to the insurance of the car

Make sure you get your quote from Honda as they replace and not repair your damage, Then ask your insurance company if they will give you a cash payout to do the work yourself and then you can get the fairings you wanted and if you can find a scratch on your tank then maybe you can get enough to paint the tank to match as well and stuill pocket money.

Thats what I did when I was in your position, ended up pocketing $1500 after the repairs

Thanks for the advice mate. Will do my best!

This is a bit offtopic, but now that we are in the topic...
My insurance is just third party. I called them to let them know, and the solicitors team will claim to the other insurance company. I filled a form by phone, and they are going to send it to me by post, so that I can sign it.
I guess I will have to include any information regarding damages, etc etc.

Is this the best way of proceeding? Would it have been better to try to contact the car driver's insurance company directly?
It's the first time I claim here in the UK and I am bit lost
I hate dealing with insurancesss!!

You should only have to deal with your own insurance company.
You pay them so when this happens they take care of you then they go after the others company to re-coup their loss.
Best bet is any damage on your bike that could have been caused by the acident have them include it in the quote.
My example was a truck backed into my bike, I paid $4200 for my bike, took it to Honda for a quote as they replace instead of repair and there was $4350 damage.
My options were:
1. take $4900 and write the bike off.
2. Take $3700 and repair it myself.

I took option 2 and did my homework and fixed my bike for $2300 (including getting a new chain and sprockets as mine were way past due) and pocketed the rest for my time and labour.

Hope it works out for you!

OK. Looks like I am in the right direction. I will see which are my options once the process moves forward.
All I know now, is that my insurance works with a company that will make an estimation of the current cost. What I dont know if they will repair it too.

Yes, All Insurance companies have a prefered list of repair shops but you dont have to use them, You can get your bike repaired anywhere you want.
If you think their quote is too low, Tell them you want to get a second opinion and take it to Honda (Especially if you are trying for a cash payout) as they will be the highest price.
Honda quoted me $778 for the front cowl and $553 for each side fairing.
cbrfairings total shipped for the whole body was cheaper then one panel lol.

Of course lol. I actually ride a scooter with a CBR decal kit

Taking a cash payout is actually saving the insurance companies money too, Because they can pay you out less and don't have to worry about other expenses like rental cars.
And if you don't repair your bike you still pay the same insurance but they don't have to pay out for any damage that you previously claimed.
